Historical Annual Addresses - 1993-2005

Robert J. Pruitt served the Lord's Church in many capacities through the years, but he will be especially remembered and loved for his role as General Overseer of The Church of God from the General Assemblies of 1993 through 2005.  God called him out of retirement to help guide the Church from its humble reorganization on July 24, 1993.  Starting that day with only a few people and a little money, The Church of God is now once again a world-wide organization with over 18,000 members in over forty countries.  Bishop Pruitt played an important part in this accomplishment. These annual addresses were sources of encouragement and edification to the members of the Church.  They helped shape our ministry and gave direction to our labors.  It is our prayer that those who read these pages will feel the spirit of this meek and gentle servant of God, and that his words will inspire you to give your very best to Christ and His Church.
