A full refund of the purchase price is available within thirty (30) days of initial purchase.
U.S. & Canadian Customers
- New and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost. Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
- Items sold as a prepackaged bundles or kits must be returned with all components in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, please call us at (423) 339-8264 x232 so we can fix this for you! We will gladly ship a replacement and assist you with your return.
- Personalized items may not be returned for replacement or refund unless the personalization or item is defective.
- DVDs, CDs, computer software, digital downloads, or other media may be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

When Returning Items:
- Include a copy of your invoice with your return.
- We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
There are two reasons why an item may not be eligible for return. First, in most cases, products cannot be returned beyond the thirty day purchase window. Second, some items may only qualify for exchange instead of return.

We aim to ship exchanges in as short a time as possible; however, despite our best efforts, some shipments can take a few business days to process due to stock levels or other variables.
If the criteria for returns is met, we do not charge any restocking fees.
